BOOK THREE

General Overview of Book Three

Book Three of The Gold House trilogy begins on August 20, 1974 shortly after the 5-day November 1973 Thanksgiving weekend gold theft and five months and two weeks after the March 5, 1974 White Sands phony inquiry when the Army investigated itself, and twelve days after Nixon resigned on August 9, 1974 under charges of nine counts of obstruction of justice, five counts of abuse of power and contempt of Congress, and six months and thirty days before Operation Goldfinder began.

This, the last book of the trilogy unveils the saga of the Ova Noss Family Partnership’s exploration of Victorio Peak which was born on November 6, 1989 when George H.W. Bush signed off on the ONFP search effort to locate the remains of the treasure. It was the third and final red tape-ladened, Army-rigged, Pentagon approved search; Ova Noss’ grandson, Terry Delonas, headed the expedition.

The search provided the military an opportunity to tie-off all remaining loose ends, guaranteeing little or no hope that the treasure rooms could be reached by the ONFP exploration team. The Army regulated/White House scheme was riddled with lies, extortion and huge overcharges by White Sands’ accounting office where the money it skimmed from the ONFP was placed into the “General’s Kitty,” a honey pot of cash that was spent frivolously on luxury items unrelated to the expedition. The Gold House––Executive Order contains 490 pages, more that 80 photos, 400 Endnotes and an Index; the book will be released in the fall of 2011.
